FCP CONCIERGE SERVICES

The FCP Corporate Concierge is a service provided by First Canadian Place to assist you in the purchase of discounted theatre tickets, various attractions and much more.

FCP Concierge Business Hours
11:30 a.m.- 2:30 p.m.

Some of the many services offered by the FCP Concierge include:

  • product and service sourcing
  • information searching
  • hotel and resort recommendations
  • restaurant recommendations and reservations
  • organizing activities for your out-of-town clients, employees and other guest

The FCP Concierge Desk:

  • Location: just inside the King Street entrance of First Canadian Place

Options for purchasing tickets:

  • In person at the FCP Concierge Desk located in First Canadian Place (street level at the King St. entrance)
  • By telephone at 416-947-9990. We will process your request after which your tickets will be available for pickup at the Concierge Desk. For special requests, please allow three to four days for processing.
  • By e-mail. We will process your request after which your tickets will be available for pickup at the Concierge Desk. For special requests, please allow three to four days for processing.
